Default Practing Law Without a License

My question relates to legal practice in the state of: CA

Former CA attorney, Bar license suspended and not ever allowed again to practice law

Went to Supreme court, Irreparable injury 6007c. contempt, and many client

complaints then becomes a Private Investigator.

Is hired by a plaintiff to assist in what is becoming a series of malicious prosecution

and or abuse of process cases against members of a family.

My question is: since he is no longer a member of CA State Bar, who would I file a

complaint with to look into the matter? The DA?

    Thank you

the California Bar but what do you claim he is doing that would be "practicing law"?

    call either or both:

the California state bar or your local prosecutors office. Depending on the situation, one of those two handle the issue. If you call one and they say they don't deal with the issue you have, call the other.

Private investigators are licensed through the CA Bureau of Security and Investigative Services

There is a "File a Complaint" selection along the left side of the screen on their main page.
