Default Fire Hydrant Parking on Private Property

My question involves Parking/fire hydrant/private property from the state of: INDIANA
I live in a condo association and the road we live on is a Private road (the city does not pave it). We have Association rules that prohibit parking in front of the fire hydrant but the person who occupies the Condo which the fire hydrant resides does not obey the rule. Currently a vehicle is parked right in front of the hydrant and has for 24 hours. The owner of the property is not home and the car cannot be moved but is blocking the hydrant. Can I call the police to have the car removed?

You can try calling the police (via a non-emergency number) or fire department to see if they're inclined to ticket or tow the vehicle.

What they do in response to their report is up to them. Some departments are very busy; others will have the manpower to respond. What happens may depend upon how busy they are at the time you call.
