Dealer Wants New Car Back but Sold My Car That I Traded In

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: ARIZONA
Dealer called saying they are unable to finance the new car i bought and want the car back. it has been 15 days since the purchase of the car. but they have already sold my car 8 days ago. and can not get it back. i am trying to figure out what rights i have since the deal is now null and void since they couldnt get the financing what right do i have being the consumer?

unless the sale was contingent on the dealer obtaining financing, the deal is not void. What the dealer wants is money so if you can find your own financing, I am sure they would be more than glad to continue on with the sale.

So, if they have already sold your trade in, when you return the new car, they would have to refund you the money they allowed for your trade.
