My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

I have been accused of sexual assault by my step granddaughter. The girl is 18 and claims I assaulted her when she was 14. I have never been alone with her. There is no evidence. It’s just my word against hers. My question is how will this play out, my word against hers?

The DA is going to prosecute. Based on video taped sessions of the girl with her therapist. That is the only evidence he has. Can the DA use these tapes?
