Can't Find Case in Court Records

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: California
I was issued a summons for a credit card company. I went to Superior Court Solono County web site (California) and entered the case number in the search field.

By the law firms name, the Lawyers Name, my name or the case Number there is no record of the lawsuit. How do I answer if I cannot find any record in the courts records?

I do have a court Case #, the name of the judge and a date & time to appear.

But I cannot find anything in the court records.

You were served with the summons and complaint, so you answer based upon the documents that were served upon you and appear as ordered in the summons.
