What Happens in Florida

My question involves a traffic accident in the State of: Florida. I was in the turn lane when I began to turn, a car hit me in the door. This guy says I wasn't in the turn lane and I ran into him. I found that my wife had not paid the insurance and now the other guy's insurance wants $5000.00 damages. My question is if I am ruled against and I have no way to pay, what happens?

A judgement gets entered and the "winner" gets the fun of trying to collect, including doing things like putting leins against property (ie your house) or garnishing bank accounts, paychecks, etc.
