    Default Minor Charged with Sexual Assault

    my nephew is 12 years old he has some mental problems he has a mantality of a 10 year old and has severe adhd. He has been acused of sexual acts with a child under the age of 10. there was no penatration just touching. i was just wondering what the possible out come could be for him?

    "It depends". His parents should consult a lawyer in whatever state is involved. Laws and court practices vary by state.
