I'm new at posting, so hope this is the correct spot.
My problem:Oakland,California: Garage/storage tenant hasn't paid 2 out of 6 months and
is most often several weeks late. I want to start eviction with notice but only
have a P.O.B. He doesn't answer phone, email etc. Do I need to hire a process
server or can I send certified letter to his POB and post notice (I'm certain this will
be removed immediately by kids in the neighborhood).
Any input greatly appreciated! I don't expect to recoup $, just want him to vacate.
