My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: TEXAS
I recently worked for a retail store. $50 was missing from one of the drawers.
I was let go and weeks later I recieved a letter from my employer's lawyers
stating I had to pay a fine of $350 for the missing $50 and nothing more.
I am currently paying this fine. Naturally I am looking for a new job and
I'm wondering as I am applying when a background check is done on me
for employment, will this fine show up?Keep in mind I am young so the
only types of places I am applying to are your basic 7.25 - 8.50 and hr jobs.
In general I wanna know if it has anything about it on my background check for employment or if it lists all previous employers?
Cause not knowing is driving me crazy!!!![]()
