Extradite from Western State to Hawaii

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Hawaii. If my house was raided and I was told to cooperate(rat on people) with the police or else I would be charged with everything and the cops let me out on OR and I fled to another state, could I be extradited back to HI? The charges: Felony, distrubution. Felony, possesion.

If Hawaii is willing to pay for your trip, absolutely. Whether they will or not is up to them.

What percent of the time do they decide to pay for your trip? And are the charges serious enough for them to extradite at all?

I honestly have no idea. There are myriad factors to consider when they make such a decision to extradite or not. It is something they will decide if it becomes an issue based on the facts at the time.

Got OR'd on felony drug dealing charges? Didn't go to court? Left Hawaii for the mainland? Seems to me if they wanted you to appear in court they would have made you post a bail bond. At least that's lesson I see being applied here. Does any one see something different here?
