    Default Motion to Dismiss

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida
COURT EVENT RESULTED The following event: NOTICE OF HEARING scheduled for 05/03/2011 at 10:05 am has been resulted as follows: COURT MINUTES: PLAINTIFF PRESENT, DEFENDANT PRESENT Result: DISMISSED - MOTION TO DISMISS GRANTED; ATTORNEY TO PROVIDE WRITT EN ORDER

Went to hearing on motion to dismiss (pro se). Got lucky, I guess and got above ruling.
Not sure exactly what it means, Atty to provide order?? . Case is still listed as open on court dockets...Ideas??

We weren't there - the court either ordered you to prepare an order (and the calendar entry inaccurately suggests that you were represented) or defense counsel agreed to prepare one - and I doubt that defense counsel was feeling that generous.
