The point would be establishing your qualification to comment on the question I originally posed. Were you in possession of a training certificate from an organization such as the National Veterans Legal Services Program, such as the one I have, your comments would have some validity. This may not be the case.
Regardless, the discussion is no longer about me, the discussion is now about you. Or, more specifically www.expertlaw.com. You claim to be an "LEO", with the assumption being that you are sworn officer of some kind.
Now, the training I have as a private investigator clearly and unequivocally states that any investigator with knowledge of a crime, in this case a "class 6 felony", must report said crime to the proper authorities...immediately. The gentleman that imparted this training has been a PI for 30+ years, so we can safely assume he knows the rules. Therefore you must report this felony, or what you believe to be a felony, to the Department of Veterans Affairs Police.
The VA Police can be reached at (540) 982-2463, and yes they are on duty 24/7. Upon posting this reply, I will save this conversation as a PDF and begin preparing my report to www.veteranstoday.com and other veterans specific news outlets.
I thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
