My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

Okay, so I am convicted guilty. No doubt about that, so now I just want to know what are my next steps. I have already paid for my traffic school ticket as well as the citation, and now i am ready to take traffic school.

I am aware that insurance rates will increase, and i just want to know a few things more about this before i get back on the road:

I did this by Trial by Written Declaration. is there a possibility to see what the citing officer's response is?

Do they send anything back in the mail other than the evidence and the verdict?

This is Failure to Yield Emergency Vehicle. First Violation.
About how much will the annual premium be increased? just an estimate.

When will it be reduced to its supposed amount?

Will my citation remain in the records?

after 18 months, will my next violation be of a larger impact in terms of fine increase and the judge's decision making, or will it be treated like a first offense violation?

recommendations of a traffic school i can go to?

Thank you for your response.
