My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: Florida

Our case was Dismissed with prejudice yesterday! What does that mean for us and where do i go from here? Judgment was based on the otherside not showing up.
Is this a big deal?

Is this a big deal?

This means a plaintiff can't go back and sue again on the same case. If you are the plaintiff, it's not so good, but if you're the defendent, then it's good news as they can't bother you anymore.
