Default Negligence on Part of My Property Management Company

My question involves insurance law for the state of: NC
My agent hired a cleaning lady (not insured or bonded) to enter my home to clean and prepare property for rental. The cleaning lady left faucets on which caused water damage to my home. The property is now not fit for the tenants that were under lease to move in the following day. Is their EO insurance going to cover my insurance deductible along with lost rental income until we find new tenants?

We have no way of knowing the scope of their insurance coverage - that's a matter of contract, and we have no access to the policy such that we could read it and determine the scope of coverage.

So for now, "Let's hope so," and you can let us know if this isn't resolved amicably.
