What are the maximum penalties for not paying child support?
Have you ever heard of anyone as an example, being denied a renewal for their passport?
Can a arrest warrant be issued, and is it likely that will happen when the child graduated in 2007?

Loss of driver's license, refusal of passport...they're not uncommon.

Doesn't matter how old the child is.
