Default How to Build a Case After Receiving Discovery Materials

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: WA
on I5 in Lynnwood. I have notices some odd stuff like his account of when he first saw me and visually clocked me and then with the laser he is "100% certain" he had me in his sights at 395ft. Thats pretty good considering traffic was fluid....I scanned all the papers but can get them attached yet... DM and I will email them... thanks

Is there any reason to believe the officer could not have seen you as described?

there was Heavy traffic, although moving 70+ miles an hour. I'm not quite clear how he could have "marked" me with the laser because my car is much lower than most cars and he would have had to lit me up from behind because of his location in which case direct line of sight was needed which with the vehicles behind me would have blocked the laser. Is that clear?
    Thanks
