Responsibility for Fallen Tree Damage

I have two large trees that fell over during the recent deluge that hit Virginia. These trees appear to be healthy and fell due to the waterlogged soil. The adjacent property is a cemetery, and the trees appear to have little or no damage. My question is, am I responsible for clearing up that property, or does this fall under the heading of Act-Of-God?

You are responsible for cleaning up your trees on your side of the property, however if they find that the trees were diseased or other reason you might be required to do more. Is there any damage? could the trees be used for firewood? If so you might want to clean it all up anyway if you ahve to get somone out anyway or split the cost with the adjacient property owner that is not covered by insurance.
