Default How to Dismiss a Case with Simple Assault

My question involves criminal law for the state of: NH

My fiance has been arrested the other night after an argument>
I just dialed 911 and hung up even before reaching someone. But the police showed up and I said that he pushed me>

Now he is charged with DV. and simple assault with bail conditions>

I would like to withdraw or dismiss the case for i think it is really not appropriate> his hearing is in 3 months and we have a 7months baby and I want us to comminicate so that we can move on and that our child can have his father and have our family as we used to have.

SO my question is how i can do that?

    It's out of your hands.

It's now up to the DA.

Thank you for your time and answer, Dogmatique.

So I have then another question, how do I remove his bail conditions?

His heairng is in 3 months, we need to speak together for we have a 7 months child, and the house with all the financial aspects.
So i went to the police stsation and they said I have to go the court house to request the bail conditions to be removed.

I would like to know who i have to meet, if i have to, what form i have to file, if needed too, and any details of that process.

I do appreciate your time and help on my matter.
