    Default Length And Amount of Maintenance

    My question involves a marriage in the state of: WA
    I am divorcing from 12 year marriage, 6 year old child. I receive Federal Disabiity and cannot work. Future ex makes about $150k. He is offering $4000/month maintenance and child support for 4 years, then just child support. What can I do to increase the lenght and amount of maintenance?

    Speak with an attorney.

    Frankly if you fight this in court there's a chance that you'll walk away with much less and for a shorter period. When did you become disabled?
