Temporary guardians move out of state with child

The temporary gaurdians who have temporary custody of my daughter until the divorce is over this month(finally), have moved out of Arkansas, into Texas. I have an attorney, but I am not sure of his competence. Or maybe like a diagnosis, I just need a second opinion. Thank you.

Oh... I guess you said that in the title.

If the divorce court appointed them as guardians, ask the court to revoke their status and order that the child be returned to the state.
