Default Tenant Forced to Move Due to Harassment from Landlord

My question involves an eviction in the state of: CA
This is in state of CA-
I rented a room with a rental agreement of 6 months. Moved in April 3, landlord wanted to watch me move my things in.over the next 5 days, she is continously harassing me for the following petty things which were not in the rental agreement or even discussed when it was signed- she is yelling at me to clean the bathroom, cant use space heater in my room,no food or drink in my room(not even water),dont use washer or dryer unless she is home and Friday night knocks on my door and tells me to turn off the TV bcuz its been on all day! By April 9th she is yelling at me to clean the bathroom, she called me lazy and not to use washer or dryer becuz she didn't want a disease! and that she wanted me out and she wanted the house key back. I left Sat mornng and when I came back on Sunday I was locked out of the house. I had to call the police to get back in.it became unbearable so i started to move my stuff out. Can I sue her for wrongful eviction or breach of contract?

You rented this room from the owner of the house? You were the only person renting from the owner?

Have you now in fact moved out?

Yes. I read of one tenant who won $25,000 from a landlord who locked them out of their apartment.

You might want to talk to an attorney to discuss a suit with contingency fee.
