Default Workers Comp Insurer Wants to Fight Injury Rating Again

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Texas
I just started SIBs and the Insurance co. decided to deny my benefits and now wants to dispute my IR of 60 % long after their last attempt to dispute the 60% IR, can they do that again? I don't know what to do, I can't find any info about this either way and I'm loosing everything... I've had to go on foodstamps and I
m worried about not being able to pay the bills(rent, elec., water, etc.). I dont know where to get help.....

If you have never been declared to be at MMI, it's reasonable for the insurance company to want to know if your condition has improved over time.
