Is Opposite Knee Injury/Pain Covered on WC Claim from Surgery on Other Knee Injured

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: CT
I've had surgery via a WC claim at work to reconstruct my PCL in my left knee eight months ago and now I'm beginning to have very similar pain issues in the opposite knee. Will my pre-existing WC claim cover the issues attained in opposite knee from over-using it to compensate the recovery of the surgically repaired knee? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps. Do your doctors relate the present condition to the prior injury, perhaps as a result of gait change?

Have you made a report of the symptoms to worker's comp? Delays create the risk that the comp carrier will deem a report untimely, or perhaps try to argue that the 'late onset' means it's unrelated.
