    Unhappy Sibling Rights

Im about to be 21 and my little brother and sister's mother will not let me see them. I've never done anything wrong and have never hurt them. They tell me they want to see me and miss me but their mom won't let them because of mistakes our father made which he is in jail and i dont speak to him at all. She also tells them that i don't love them and i don'y care about them which isn't true i love them to death and really want to be there for them but she doesn't allow me to. What can i do if anything?

    Im in San Antonio Texas

I really need help on this matter. i have a 2 year old daughter that my siblings want to get to know they have only seen her a few times and i really want them to be a part of her life. I'm just afraid that as time passes by their mother is going to convince them completely and they'll never want to see me again which will break my heart. Once agin these children mean the world to me and its not like i'm unstable or they'd be in danger i have a two bedroom home and i'm married. My husband has spoken to my little brother once before and told him that his mom tells them not to talk to me that they are not allowed to because i'm not they're sister. I really really need help i don't want to miss out on their lives i want to be there all i can. WHAT ShOULD I DO?

Texas is one of the few states that provides statutory potential for sibling visitation cases (153.551 and 102.0045). You will need to formally bring a motion before the local family court in the county where the children reside. This isn't a "do it yourself" thing - and you're going to need an attorney; preferably one with prior experience in sibling visitation cases.
