Re: Credit Card Company Will Not Work with My Debt Solution Company
they are not required to accept a payment less than their minimum monthly payment. What they are doing is accepting a payment from you. If it is less than the minimum monthly required payment, you simply get recorded as having another late payment. They can sue you anytime they want to.
If they agreed to a lesser payment from the debt solution company, they become bound by that and whatever else is in the agreement proposed. Chase simply does not wish to set your contract aside so they are not limited in their actions.
It's freaking criminal what they are trying to do.
holding you to your contract is criminal? I believe your thinking is a bit askew.
I'm going to end up paying more than what the debt is worth and I will not allow for that to happen.
You will end up paying what you contracted to pay. Now, if Chase demands payment or makes charges not in your contract, then you have a right to gripe about what Chase is doing.
What can I do about this?
Pay what you agreed per your contract to Chase or risk being sued.
