My question involves guardianship in the State of: WA. What type of attorney do I go to for obtaining custody of children under CPS care currently; when I am just the aunt?

Where are the parents, and why are the kids in CPS custody?

Is there a case plan?

I must warn you outright - the State is often reluctant to place children with a relative of parent/s who are under investigation in case the relative exposes the children to the same risk.
