My question involves a child custody case from the State of: oklahoma .....

can my boyfriends parents get custody of me if im pregnet with their grandchild and im 16 and hes 16 and i want to live with them

I assume you're asking because your parents would say "No, absolutely not" to this proposal.

No court is going to override your parent's wishes so that you can move in with your boyfriend. Even if there's an abuse or neglect situation at home that might cause a court to consider whether it's an appropriate environment for you, the alternative is not going to be the court's permitting you to move in with him.

There's no WAY a court will give custody to the parents of the boy who impregnated you.

im only asking is bc there is way to much stress at my house my grandpa is dying and his sister lives in kansas and has brest canser so my mom who is a single parent and dosent have a job bc she has to take care of grandpa and my lil sister who is 8 cant help me bc she has no time and at his house it alot better place for me to be durring the pregnetcy

Where is your father?

Look, it's just not going to happen hon. There are services available to you though, to help you cope with your pregnancy. Talk to your ob/gyn and they can put you in touch with social services who may be able to help you further.

ok and my father lives with my step mom in dc so he cant help and he wouldnt any way bc he was in the millitary and already disowned and reclaimed 2 of my older sisters so if he even found out it would only make it worse
