Default Creditor Offering Mobile Home Debt Settlement - Too Many Personal Docs Needed

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: MI

I am working with my mobile home creditor to settle a foreclosure debt. They want a hardship letter, asset listing, monthly expense listing, last 2 paycheck stubs, last 2 bank statements & current & last tax returns in order to provide the deal.

    Is this normal?

    Thanks,
    Twink

Yes. If you claim you have hardship, your lender will want proof.
