Cool Lost an Eviction Case Despite Proving that Rent Was Paid

My question involves civil rights in the State of: California. In a courtroom trial case, my civil rights were violated by judge. U.D. case, eviction for non-payment of rent. evidence was admitted that proved payment of rent, cancelled check. yet lost and was evicted. Appeal twice, and lost. How can i get Justice, judicial error and no sub evidence to support U.D. case?

If you think state courts did not follow their own laws, regulations, and rules, so that they illegally evicted you, you can sue in federal district court.

    What civil rights issue?

Can't say what happened in the original case, not enough information, but you almost certainly mucked up the appeal to the point of having no legal remedy now.

Although you might be right, you actually do not have enough information to know that with certainty. State courts, even the state supreme court, can not properly respect constitutional rights, or even follow their own rules.
