Hello, recently I bought a S4100 Coolpix camera from Nikon. Trying the camera out I took it out to the beach and snapped some shots off. Four days after my trip to the beach the camera started to have a lens problem so I contacted tech support at Nikon and sent the camera off for repairs. After they opened the camera up they found sand partials in the camera that was advertized right on their web site that it was a camera that you could take to the beach. They found it to be abuse of the camera so they voided my warranty. My question is can I sue them for the repair of my new camera due to I was using it within the confines of their advertized usages ? (repair charges + shipping total's $129.50. value of camera new was $180 )![]()
