Extradition Due to Arrearages

The father of our children is in PA jail on a bench warrant out of Kentucky. He is awating extradition to KY. How long does KY have to come get him, it's already been 4 weeks. What will the sentence be when he gets there, will he be facing jail time? Arreages are in excess of $40,000.

Do you know how long PA can hold him or how long KY has to come to pick him up for extradition? Or where can I find this info. I've been looking everywhere for the laws but can't find anything specific. Thanks.

If they are holding him because he is fighting extradition, he will likely be held until the associated hearings are completed.

He signed all the paperwork to go to KY. The judge ordered an expediant extradition but he is still waiting approx... 4 weeks. Do you have any idea of the type of sentence he will be facing in KY?

That depends on what he is charged with, and possibly also his willingness to satisfy the arrearage.
