Child Support Decrease After Child Graduated from High School

My question involves child support in the State of: Florida

My son turned 18 Jan of 2010 and graduated HS June of the same year. since then, the child dupport payments have been decreased to $7.62 per week. I called and was told that nothing could be done other than me requesting a review. I went to the child support office and was asked to pay $10 for an application to review. The packet was about 50 pages!!! I need answers!

Normally once they get older it does decrease because they able to be self sufficient and have a job. Normally child support stops at the age of 18 or 19 andd a half if still in school. I do not see what the problem actually is here need more clarification. Does he owe back child support? if he does they could have removed the normal payment to just paying the about he would be paying to pay off the back child support.
