    Default Author Craft

Hi, is "author craft" any special term for original work? Or is it just bad english?

Since a Google of "author craft" restricted to site copyright.gov found only one hit, and that document seems to not actually mention "author craft", it seems "author craft" is, at best, a non-legal term for something or other.

Thank you. So, what should I use instead?

"Original work" sounds pretty good. Or is this for some legal document where precise meaning is required?

I don't understand what you meant it to mean in the first place, so perhaps if you gave context I could give some help.

The post was made from the Czech Republic. I suspect there's an issue in the translation.

I mean "author craft" like an original work. Actually, I can't speak english very well, so I hire a lawyer from my country who said he can speak english (it was for writing Terms & Conditions). But he used term "author craft" and I just don't think it is correct. Should I use "original work" or anything else? I mean - when someone create something, for example an artist and his album - that album is his (author?) original work, what should I use to define it in Terms & Conditions?

"original work" sounds good, but I would check other websites with terms and conditions and see what they use.

Using a phrase like "author craft" indicates a non-English speaker for sure.
