    Default Employer Appealing First Decision

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Indiana

My employer has appealed my first hearing with the judge....They did not show up for the first one with the alj...so decison was made for me to win.....now they are appealing that decision based on the fact they got the mail notice of the hearing a day before it was scheduled.....the review board is going to decide if they even get to appeal based on the fact they didn't get the notice in time?.....what is the chance that the review board would take the excuse of not recieving the notice in time and let them go on with the appeal? any info would be great thanks guys!
