My question involves child support in the State of: Kansas/Florida
yes he is legally the dad
child is now 27
the last modification for support was in Nebraska and his attorney came up with some UISFA law - Nebraska emanciapated at 19 but her disability was not even considered. She has been disabled since birth. The original order for support/custody was in Virginia but he lives in FL and we are in KS. I am custodial parent and legal guardian and I pay for everything. This seems so unfair.

can I personally sue him?
He's no longer legally obliged to support his child. I'm truly sorry - this sounds like a very tough situation - but there was only a short period of time where you could have argued against your son's emancipation. The court cannot go back now and make the original order current again.
Dad is no longer obliged to do anything at all. You can't sue him for something he's not obliged to do.
