My question involves child support in the State of: Oklahoma
I am seventeen years old and my father is supposed to pay Child support and doesn't. He made one payment and has not since. Is there anything that I Can do to get the thousands of dollars he owes me?

It's to reimburse Mom for the costs SHE incurred raising you.

SHE can open a case with CSE and have them start enforcing the order, or file for contempt in court.

Now you seriously need to knock off the attitude. This site (and every other legal forum practically) is run by VOLUNTEERS. We don't get paid, and we certainly don't get paid to take attitude from folk who don't like what they've been told.
