Who Should I Send a Demand for Satisfaction of Judgment to Be Filed

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of:Missouri

Hello,
I had a default judgment against me back in 2008 and the judgment was paid in full in 2009. I just discovered that the judgment creditor never filed a satisfaction of judgment with the court. I'm going to send a letter to them requesting that they file this form but I'm unsure of who to send it to. I was under the impression I was being sued by the law offices of Kramer and Frank here in St. Louis as they were the ones who Capitol One turned my file to and I would receive letters from Kramer and Frank but when I look at the court document the Plaintiff says: Capital One Bank, TSYS Debt Management, 6356 Corley Rd., Norcross, GA. 30071-6700. When I satisfied the Judgment I received confirmation from Kramer and Frank here in St Louis it was satisfied but apparently they never sent that to the courts. Anyway do I send my letter for demand to Kramer and Frank in MO or to the other address listed as the Plaintiff on the court document?

Start by contacting the plaintiff's law firm about filing the satisfaction of judgment. If they don't respond or won't act, although I would check the court rules first, my inclination would be to bring a motion with the court submitting proof of payment and that the plaintiff had failed to fulfill its obligation to file the satisfaction of judgment, and asking that the judgment be deemed satisfied.
