Discovery Form for a Speeding Ticket in Washington

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: WA. I am Contesting my ticket.. The officer said I was going 82 in a 65.. I don't recall going that fast but i do know I wasn't zooming by traffic. I want to file a discovery and pursue this further. I probably have to wait til I get my court date right? And where can i find the form for discovery. It's quite elusive in Snohomish county.

I was complete submissive and the officer was just brutal making condescending remarks.. Granted my car was new.. I don't think he needed to get personal..

P.S. For what it's worth, the ticket is cut off when it was printed and some information is unreadable. Also my cars year is off by about 8 yrs??
