    Default Non-Compete Law in Kansas

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Kansas

I left my previous employer to work for another company in the same field. I had a non compete with my previous employer. I had to take a pay cut from my previous employer and felt that would not be an issue since I have to take care of my family. A employee of my previous company wants to proceed that I broke the non compete by calling on some of his customers and it was taking commission money from him and he would not able to support his family. Should I be concerned?

Your best bet is to take the non compete to a contract attorney in your area (who can read the whole
    agreement) for review & advice.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
