Guardianship of a Minor

My question involves guardianship in the State of: texas, i have guardianship of a minor who just had a baby and now have move out. do i still have guardianship of her and how about the baby

If you have a court-ordered guardianship of a minor, you have court-ordered guardianship of the minor. You don't automatically get guardianship of your ward's child.

We have no way of knowing what you mean when you say you and/or the minor "now have move out".
