Can't Do Traffic School with My 2nd/3rd Tickets

I got 3 tickets:

11/14/2009 left turn on red light
Did Traffic school and Case dismissed on 05/20/2010

10/29/2010 solo on carpool
Failure to Appear Hold, and got driver license suspended. But eventually paid the ticket and cleared the suspension.
Bail forfeiture on 03/11/2011

11/21/2010 left turn on red light
Bail forfeiture on 03/20/2011

I did pay for all 3 tickets. Why can't I do traffic school for 2nd/3rd ticket to eliminate the points? Please advise,thanks.

There is a good reason why you're asked to identify your state whenever you start a new thread!

Edited to add: Looks like you're in California. And if that is the case then here is you answer:

Your second citation "solo in the carpool lane" (assuming you were cited for VC 21655.5(b) is a zero point violation (there are no points to "eliminate") and as such, it is ineligible for traffic school.

As for your third, you were cited within 18 months of the first citation (just over 12 months) and you are only allowed 1 dismissal for each 18 month period from your last citation.

Apparently traffic school was not helpful....

But TG is correct, you can only do school once in 18 months

I'm in California. Thanks both of your answer. Another question is that is there any way to check my license status & points online?

I know sending an application form to DMV can request for a report though.
