Default Commercial Neighbour's Snow in My Car Park

My question involves real estate located in the State of: NY

I own a commercial property. I lease it to other businesses. I am not on site very often.

The entire property has been vacant since Xmass.

My commercial neighbour is plowing he's snow over into my car park and up against my building.

This huge snow build up is flooding my basement.

I have photos and a former tenant as a witness.

    Is this legal?

It sounds like a trespass; but without knowing the details and layout of the parking lots, I'm not going to speculate about the propriety or impropriety of his action.

At what point did you tell him to stop? Did he stop?
