How to Properly Give Back Child Support to Non Bio Dad

My question involves child support in the State of: OHIO

Me and non bio dad took a dna test in jan and found out he wasnt the dad. He had signed the AOP and already had a cs order out on him since the child was born. He wasnt paying the CS so they took his tax return.

My ques is ....Where exactly did the money go? (it happened about a week ago but I did not recieve the money and my son is under gov assistance health care)

If they do give me the money should I just give him the cash or make sure I get documentation so that he cant try and sue it for me later

I am in the process of getting him off the BC but for now they are still ordering him to pay CS anything that I can do to help?

Has bio dad been legally declared to be the father?

If government assistance is being provided to care for the child, the money was likely seized by the government (to reimburse the taxpayers who fronted the money that provided the assistance).
