My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My ex and I (never married) have a custody visitation judgment set for our 2 1/2 yr old daughter. He has 28%, I have 72%. We went through a year and a half and 20,000 dollars with a lawyer to get it thus far. Now that the judgment is set (set two months ago), the non-custodial father has been making non-stop harassing remarks and posting degrading facebook pictures towards me (the custodial parent). Harsh name calling through text, threatening DCF (department of children and families), and even went as far as driving by, taking a picture of my house and comparing it to a picture of his house on facebook for all of his friends to "chose" the best life style they think is best for my daughter based on the comparison of our houses.
My main question is, what can I do about this...if anything, or am I stuck with this behavior for the next 16 years? I am at a loss. The judgment specifically says there should be "civil" communication between parents.
