How to Evict a Person Renting a Room from Me at a House I Rent

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Michigan.
I currently rent a home in Grand Traverse County in the state of Michigan. I rent a room to a lady and I need to evict her. She does pay her rent, but she is an alcohlic and she has basically moved her boyfriend in also. When they are intoxicated they are constantly fighting and even physically harm each other. The police have been over several times due to their nonsense. I do not have the money to hire an attorney at this time. I would like to do this myself if possible I just need to know what procedure I need to follow. Please any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a lease or is she paying you without a formal lease? Rent is paid monthly? Rent is paid to you, and not to your landlord?
