Filing False Charges

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana..I wanna know if a woman in Indiana falsely accuses a man of Assult & Battery,knowingly that the man never put his hands on her,and she filed a false report,how can the man clear himself from all this,but has an active warrant for him due to her filing this false report,how can he clear his name???

The only way to clear his name would be to surrender himself and go to trial. As long as he remains on the run, there will be no means for him to try and prove his innocence.
