hi im a janitor for a grocery store and i fell while working, i broke my knee in lots of pieces, i had one surgery already and im still in bed, i have never had an accident happen to me, and also because of this my blood pressure went to 210......really high im scared ive never been in a doctors office before what is my next step what do i do

Another way of putting that would be, it isn't clear from your post what your question is. In my experience, obtaining appropriate medical treatment and physical therapy (and performing your home exercise regimen) will maximize your recovery - I'm sorry if you don't like doctors or are intimidated by the process, but don't let those feelings get in the way of your getting the treatment you need.
