Default Power of Attorney to Sell but Not to Lease

My question involves a power of attorney in the state of: Oregon
I wish to sell a property but not allow a lease.
If I execute a limiter power of attorney to my agent to sign all necessary documents on my behalf in order to sell, convey and transfer my real property located at .......

Does this mean my agent can only sell the property?
I hope it does not mean or include lease.

    Thank you
    Dave

You can, and in fact are well advised, to issue the power of attorney with as much restriction as you can.
Yes you can certainly limit it to sale (and if you wish add specific restriction against leases).
The more restrictive the POA language I've found, the more likely people will accept them acting as your attorney in fact.

Thank you for the quick reply.
The reason I ask is I let a local ISP put a tower on the property to serve locale clients in our rural area as a favor, no charge at all. I worried that they would try to get my agent to sign a lease so that they could sublease to a cell company. The local ISP is fine but I do not want big ordeal with the cell tower and possibly others. He has already hinted to do this with no income to me.
