Would Like to Re Enter Canada

hi i was deported from canada in 1996.i was held in prison but signed a document to be deported from canada becouse i could not afford a lawyer and legal aid would not cover me.does that make me a valanter for deportation.also i want re entry to vist all my family and daughter.ive written letters all over and no one will help.ive been here in england since 1996.i do not wish to live in canada becouse i have a wife and child over here plus a full time job that ive had since 1997 and im a home owner here.please help me if you can
